CNC Milling 3, 4 & 5 Axis

Our facility accommodates a diverse array of CNC milling equipment, enabling us to fulfill a broad spectrum of machining requirements.

  • Three Hurco 5 Axis Mills, featuring VMX30Ui and VM10Ui models.
  • Four Hurco CNC Mills capable of 3 & 4 axis operations, including VM30i and VM10i models.
  • One Datron Neo machine, specially tailored for flat sheet and plate work.
  • Three Productive Robotics OB7 Stretch cobots.
  • Work envelope for 3 and 4 Axis: 50 inches in length, 20 inches in width, and 20 inches in height.
  • Each machine features a 24-40 position tool changer for maximum efficiency.
  • Renishaw probing on all 5 axis and two 3 axis machines.
  • Additional capabilities encompass rigid tapping, coolant through spindle, and thermal stabilization to ensure precise results.
  • Our machines offer exceptional accuracy, with positioning capabilities of 0.0002 inches and repeatability of 0.0001 inches.
  • For complex machining needs, we provide simultaneous 5-axis machining with work envelope measuring 15.75 inches in diameter and 12.6 inches in height.

CNC Mill/Turn (up to 9 Axis)

We employ automated turning centers complete with bar feeders, parts catchers, and chip conveyors to meet your manufacturing needs. We can handle both prototype work and production runs in thousands.

Our work envelope spans 9.8 inches by 29.5 inches, allowing us to handle up to 3-inch bars through the spindle. With dual C and Y axes on our 52-BY2 machine, we can efficiently machine components with any angle features using the B axis. Additionally, we excel at drilling and tapping at various angles, whether axial or radial, down to 0-120 thread size.

Our spindle motors operate up to 6000 RPM for fast material removal and small part turning. Positioning accuracy of 0.0002 inches and repeatability of 0.0001 inches guarantee quality and consistency you require for your projects.

Laser Marking

Engraving of text, serial numbers and vector art is possible with our 40W CO2 laser engraver.

  • Work envelope: 12.0″ x 24.0″x4.0″
  • Rotary Capacity: 1.0″-4.0″ Diameter.
  • Materials: Acetal, acrylic, anodized aluminum, painted metals, bare metals using laser marking compounds and many other materials.
  • Serialization.

Tumbling & Bead Blasting

In house tumbling and bead blasting allows us to take care those finishing steps quickly and under our control to minimize variability of finish.

  • Trinco 36″x24″x23″ Blasting Cabinet with rotary attachement for mass blasting of small parts.
  • Mr. Deburr 300 vibratory tumbler, work envelope: 13″x13.5″x31″
  • Bowl type vibratory tumblers, 18lbs capacity.

Assembly

We can take care of simple assembly such as dowel pin installation to more complicated electronic sub-assemblies.
