From automated CNC vision/touch inspection using Keyence IM-8030T to inspection of intricate 3D surfaces and features with Keyence XM-1200 we can handle complicated inspection tasks.

Process Control
Utilizing our custom ERP system, MTConnect based machine monitoring system and Mitutoyo MeasurLink SPC software we are able to control all parts of manufacturing process from order entry to execution and inspection.
- Material is fully tracked with barcode labels.
- Material certs are scanned and retained. They are accessible for each production lot of each part.
- Work instructions are prepared and followed for each part and each job.
- Add drawings are stored in database for easy access.
- All other supporting documents (finishing certs., etc.) are scanned and digitally stored with each job.
- Machine data (cycle times, qty produced, etc. ) is captured during production and stored in the system.
- SPC data is recorded into database and available for review at any time.
Tooling
During our two decades of operation, we’ve built an extensive library of both standard and custom tooling. This enables us to efficiently tackle intricate projects without having to rely on the timely delivery of necessary tools.
- Each tool container is tagged with a barcode label ensuring that same tool brand/type is used consistently for every production run.
- Endmills down to 0.005″ diameter.
